Our Michigan maple syrup comes from our neighbors at Maple Row Sugarhouse, just up the road from our farm. Harvested each spring from local sugar maples, this Grade A Dark syrup has a rich amber color and a more robust flavor than the lighter grades. Since 2011, Maple Row has been producing syrup the traditional way, using sustainable methods that honor both the land and the trees. Their careful process results in syrup that is full-bodied, flavorful, and a true taste of our local environment. We are proud to partner with them and share their syrup as part of our commitment to supporting local producers and bringing the best of our region to your table.

Cooking Tips

Warm Before Serving – Gently heat syrup in a small pan over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes to enhance its depth.
Baking Substitute – Use as a natural sweetener in place of sugar. Replace 1 cup sugar with ¾ cup syrup and reduce other liquids by 3 to 4 tablespoons.
