Cortado

Cortado is set to open in downtown Goshen in November 2025, bringing a fresh café and community space to Main Street. The vision comes from owner Victoria, who’s been a strong advocate for local food in the region for years. Her commitment to supporting area farms makes Cortado a natural fit within our Network of Local Food Connections. We’re looking forward to seeing this new gathering place come to life and to partnering with folks who care deeply about good food and the people who grow it.
