Our pasture-raised boneless ham slices are thick-cut and hearty, offering all the flavor of our traditional smoked hams in a convenient, ready-to-cook portion. Unlike thin deli slices, these cuts are meaty and substantial, perfect for a satisfying meal. As with all of our smoked pork, they are uncured and free from added nitrates, relying on real smoke and time to develop their savory flavor. Raised outdoors on open pasture with non-GMO feed grown on our farm, our pigs produce wholesome, flavorful pork you can trust.

Cooking Tips

Oven Heat – Place slices in a covered dish with a splash of broth or cider. Heat at 325°F for 20 to 30 minutes until warmed through.
Pan Sear – Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Sear each side for 3 to 4 minutes until heated and lightly browned.
Grill – Brush with glaze or marinade and grill over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side until warmed and marked.
