Our pasture-raised bone-in ham steaks are thick-cut, about 1 to 1½ inches, and full of smoky, savory flavor. With the bone left in, they cook up juicy and tender while adding depth to the dish. Like all of our smoked pork, these steaks are uncured and free from added nitrates, relying only on real hardwood smoke for their rich flavor. Raised outdoors on open pasture with non-GMO feed grown on our farm, our pigs produce wholesome, flavorful pork that makes this farmhouse cut a favorite for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Pan Sear – Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear for 4 to 5 minutes per side until browned and warmed through.
Oven Heat – Place in a baking dish with a splash of broth or cider. Bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes until hot.
Grill – Brush lightly with oil or glaze and grill over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until heated through and marked.
