These are tender, meaty ribs that cook a little faster than spare ribs and stay nice and juicy when you take your time with them. Our Baby Back Ribs have a good balance of meat and bone, with just enough fat to keep them flavorful without being heavy.

They’re a great fit for the grill, smoker, or oven. A simple rub and steady heat are really all you need here

Cooking Tips:

  • Cook at 250°F to 275°F and plan on about 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on thickness.

  • Season with a simple rub like salt, pepper, and paprika. Let them sit at least 30 minutes before cooking.

  • They’re done when the meat is tender and pulls back from the bones. If using sauce, brush it on during the last 20 to 30 minutes.
