Our pasture-raised turkey thighs are rich, tender, and full of flavor. With the bone in and skin on, they stay juicy during cooking and offer a depth of taste that makes them a favorite for comforting, slow-cooked meals. Raised in small groups on open pasture, our turkeys grow naturally with plenty of room to forage, which creates flavorful meat perfect for hearty dishes. Turkey thighs are ideal for braising, roasting, or simmering in sauces.

Cooking Tips

Oven Roast – Preheat oven to 350°F, season well, and roast for 45 to 60 minutes, until the skin is crisp and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Braise – Cook in broth, wine, or sauce at 300°F oven or stovetop simmer for 1½ to 2 hours, until the meat is fork-tender.
Grill – Marinate overnight, then grill over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes per side, until charred and fully cooked.
