A good estimate is 1-1.5# of turkey per person, more if you want those wonderful leftovers.
Our turkeys are raised to the same standards as all of the animals on our farm, which means they spend their life outside, on pasture, enjoying the sun and foraging for seeds and bugs. Additionally, we don't use any antibiotics and they are fed a NON-GMO diet of farm-grown grains.
Our turkeys are delivered frozen to lock-in freshness, so be sure to plan enough time for thawing. The general rule is 1 day for every 4-5 pounds.
