Farmer's markets are an incredible way to learn more about your food, and for us to learn more about the people we are feeding.
We offer two ways to shop at every farmers market! You can now pre-order online and pick up your favorite products at the market. Simply select the items you want and choose your preferred market location.
The second option is to enjoy the market atmosphere and shop in person. We stock our freezers full and love to help you find the best food for you and your family!
Either way, we're here to connect and help you get the best possible experience at the farmers market.

Hear from our market customers
We discovered Jake’s Country Meats at the LaGrange Farmers Market years ago, and we’ve been fans ever since. All their products are excellent—pork, chicken, fish, sausages, etc.—but my favorite is their bone-in pork chops. The flavor and juiciness can’t be beat. Plus the whole family is so friendly and helpful whenever we shop. I also enjoy the email newsletter with updates on what’s going on at the farm. Next up is a visit to the farm—maybe this summer.

We love getting pork, fish and poultry from Jake's, plus it's fun to chat with Nate. We're so lucky to have the Farmers Market and winter drops in walking distance to us. We love the jalapeno brats, bacon, whitefish, chicken halves, hot dogs, deli ham, pork chops, smoked ham hocks and turkey. The $5 surprise product is fun and never a disappointment. We feel so good about the care they put into their animals and the resulting quality, besides directly supporting the farmer without the middle man.
