Sauce & Bread Kitchen (SBK) in Chicago is a true collaboration, bringing together Co-op Sauce's bold, flavorful sauces and Crumb Chicago's exceptional breads and pastries under one roof. Since opening their doors in 2013, they’ve been all about community, crafting food that connects people through local ingredients and shared experiences.

Over the years, we’ve crossed paths with SBK at farmers markets, and it’s always inspiring to see how they’ve grown while staying deeply rooted in local food traditions. Their kitchen on Clark Street is a hub for creative eats, supporting sustainable food systems, and building connections that go beyond a meal.
