The Farm & Craft Sausage Series highlights small, seasonal batches made with local producers who already use our meats in their own craft. This release brings together our pasture-raised pork and Heritage Kölsch from Goshen Brewing Co.
Brewed with a clean, easy-drinking character, the Kölsch adds a subtle malt flavor and gentle brightness to the sausage without taking over. The result is a balanced bratwurst that lets the flavor of the pork stay front and center while bringing in a little of the brewery’s craft alongside our own.
Cooking Tips:
Grilling: Medium heat, 15 to 20 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through.
Pan-Frying: Medium heat, 12 to 15 minutes in a lightly oiled skillet.
Beer Simmer: Simmer gently in beer and onions, then finish on the grill or in a hot skillet for extra color.
