Produced from our own herds of Scottish Highland Cattle and Murray Grays. Raised outside, on-pasture, without the use of antibiotics and 100% grass fed and finished.


Grass-fed beef is slow-maturing making it a premium product that is lean and well-marbled with low cholesterol levels whilst remaining rich in protein and flavor.


Recent studies in both North America and the UK have shown that grass-fed beef is consistently much lower in fat content and cholesterol than other breeds.
