New York Strip is cut from the T-bone, typically boneless or has a small bone attached to the outside of steak. It is cut from the short loin.

Grass-fed beef is slow-maturing making it a premium product that is lean and well-marbled with low cholesterol levels whilst remaining rich in protein and flavor.
Recent studies in both North America and the UK have shown that grass-fed beef is consistently much lower in fat content and cholesterol than other breeds.
