Raised outdoors on pasture on our family farm in Southwest Michigan, our turkeys have room to move, forage, scratch, and simply be turkeys. They’re fed a non-GMO diet and raised without antibiotics.
It takes more space, more attention, and a little more work, but we think a turkey this important is worth doing right.
The result is a turkey with rich flavor, great texture, and a story you can feel good about sharing around the Thanksgiving table.
Our turkeys are not injected or pre-brined, so you’re starting with the turkey itself and can season, brine, and prepare it however you like.
Your turkey comes cleaned, frozen, and ready to cook, with the neck and giblets included.
Plan on about 1–1.5 pounds per person. Stay toward the lower end if you have plenty of sides, or go bigger if your family loves turkey and you want leftovers.
Because every turkey is naturally raised and individually sized, exact weights will vary within the selected range. Your turkey is paid in full at checkout.
Choose the pickup or shipping option that works best for your Thanksgiving:
When ordering, be sure to check your Delivery Details and Delivery Method to make sure your turkey is headed where you want it.
One important note: All turkey orders will show Saturday, November 21 as the “Estimated Pickup By” date. That date applies to Meat Drops and farmers markets. Farm pickup, The Farmstead, and Home Shipping follow the dates above.
We’ll contact you in November to confirm your order and final pickup or shipping details.
Our turkeys are processed under USDA inspection, then frozen to preserve their quality until Thanksgiving.
Allow about one day of refrigerator thawing for every 4–5 pounds. When in doubt, give yourself an extra day.
Pasture-raised turkeys can cook a little faster than conventional birds, so we recommend cooking to temperature rather than relying only on time.
We’ll send along thawing and cooking tips before Thanksgiving to help you get the best out of your turkey.
Thanksgiving is one of those meals where the food means a little more. We’re proud to raise a turkey you can feel good about putting in the middle of your table.
Pre-orders can only be refunded through November 1. Turkeys are available while supplies last.
