Birds on our farm have the ability to live life in their natural habitat. They fertilize the ground while foraging for bugs, and eating fresh grass in the pasture. We as their caretakers enjoy the outdoors as much as they do, and respect their unique purpose for our farm

Enjoy this video that shows our birds from start-to-finish - from the pasture, to the processor, to our plates. We are grateful to God for giving us the ability to care for this land, raise animals, and feed ourselves and you.

Good for the soil - Good for the soul

What does "Pasture-Raised" Mean?

What does “pasture-raised” actually mean? It’s a question we hear often—and for good reason. Food labels can be confusing, and not all of them mean what they sound like. But for us, pasture-raised isn’t just a label. It’s the foundation of how we farm. In this post, we’re digging into what pasture-raised looks like on our farm, why it matters for animal welfare, soil health, and nutrition, and how it fits into our larger commitment to regenerative practices and real food.

Mother's Day Reflections

Mother’s Day has come and gone, but the memories it stirs often linger a little longer. This week, Renee found herself reflecting on the early days of farm life and the quiet strength her mom carried through it all. In her latest blog, she shares vivid memories of riding through the fields, watching her mom care for animals with grit, tenderness, and a kind of courage that shaped everything that followed.

May Farm Update

Spring is in full swing here on the farm, and we’re busy with all the seasonal work—planting seeds, harvesting chickens, and welcoming new piglets and lambs. We’ve also made some updates to our turkey program and are preparing for a busy farmers market season. There’s a lot happening, and we’re grateful to have you along for the journey.
