On a cold night when the game is on, wings are an easy way to get dinner on the table. We keep two kinds on hand. Our party-cut wings let you season and sauce them however you like. Our fully cooked buffalo wings are there for the nights when you want something quick. Both work well in the air fryer. The only real difference is how long they need to cook.
Party-Cut Wings (Drums and Flats)
Ingredients
-
A little oil
-
Salt, pepper, or your favorite seasoning
Directions
-
Pat the wings dry so they crisp up better.
-
Toss lightly with oil and season.
-
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
-
Arrange wings in a single layer.
Air Fryer Time
-
Cook 25–30 minutes at 380°F, flipping or shaking halfway through.
-
For a little more color and crisp, increase to 400°F for the last 3–5 minutes.
Wings are done when they’re nicely browned and reach 165°F inside. Add sauce after cooking, or keep them plain and serve sauce on the side.
Fully Cooked Buffalo Wings
Directions
-
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
-
Place wings in a single layer.
Air Fryer Time
-
Cook 8–12 minutes at 375°F, shaking once halfway through.
-
If you like them a little crispier, add 2–3 minutes at 400°F at the end.
They’re ready when they’re hot all the way through and the skin has tightened back up.
