Loin Roast
When you start with a high-quality cut of meat like our Pork Loin Roast, a simple preparation is all you need for a truly outstanding meal.
  • Cook Time:


  • Season roast

(Salt, Pepper, Garlic, etc.)

  • Preheat oven to 400*
  • Cook 15 minutes
  • Lower heat to 350*
  • Cook 10-15 minutes per lb
  • Check temp for 140-145*
  • Take out and let rest 15 min
  • ENJOY!

This recipe will work for a boneless or bone-in roast. Bone-in roasts may take slightly longer to reach temperature but generally offer more flavor.
